Well spent 4 hours building her back up, for 11 sec. of GLORY...It was worth it though..Hope you guys enjoy it.

I know that I did not remove it from Facebook. I just clicked on the link and it worked fine for me. You can also just go to my FB page and watch it there.

I don't, but you do realize that this was a thread started about a video of an RC Car jumping a ditch right? One thing you may try is the pull-up which is part of the Marine Corps PT test. Since you are talking about an outdoor group I am thinking that curling weights are out of the question. If you can get a hold of just about any military PT manual they have a ton of fitness info and exercises in the the Army manual is FM 21-9 I believe.
